As a small Crawfish Restaurant in Houston, Texas, Cajun Crawfish offers fresh and extensive of beverage menu. ARC Restaurant Equipment Program helps my restaurant save money. Due to low budget, I struggled finding the right restaurant furniture and equipment. I was aware that purchasing that right equipment is crucial to my business’s success. Being that there are so many different brands, models and suppliers to choose from, overwhelmed me. After searching and visiting countless number of restaurant supply stores, I was glad to have visited the ARC Restaurant Equipment and Supply. At ARC, they helped ease my mind during the restaurant equipment purchasing process. They outlined which tools I would need to succeed in the restaurant industry. Overall, I was so happy that ARC has all of restaurant needs. I noticed that ARC had a various number of commercial restaurant equipment such as refrigerator exhaust hoods, fryers, ranges and ovens. I had always thought that ARC was just a convenience place that sold smallwares, flatwares, and kitchenware. What surprised me even more was that ARC had custom-made restaurant furniture. I thought it was perfect to have custom-made furniture that suited her restaurant style. I was so happy that I was able to find everything my restaurant will need at ARC Restaurant Equipment and Supply. For the spend of kitchen supply and equipment, I saved more than 4000. ‘till these day I still continue business with ARC Restaurant Equipment Supply. They also give us a credit in-store credit program. As we continue business with ARC we saved 2000 every year for General Restaurant Supply. Strongly recommend ARC for Restaurant Startup.

Terrible customer service. Taking advantage of the current situation. We purchased an electric griddle along with a bunch of other supplies and equipment, right before the Pandemic. We are not able to use the griddle because of the electric plug That it requires. Owner refused to work with us. Not even letting us exchange the brand new griddle for a different one, and now we cannot use this griddle. Will never buy anything anything else from them. If I can give them a negative 1 star I would! Don’t do business with them!

I own little Vietnamese Coffee Shop in Little Rock, Arkansas. We serve authentic Vietnamese iced coffee, Vietnamese sandwich (banh mi), bubble tea, smoothies, and a variety of other coffee and tea beverages. I wrote this review to express my gratitude to ARC Restaurant Equipment Supply and encourage everyone to visit the place. They not only help us save money on equipment but also the build us a good looking custom booth. In my opinion, they are not perfect restaurant dealer store in Houston but they deserve 5 Stars service. I drove down Houston every 5 weeks to buy restaurant supply and other stuffs. Every time, I left ARC I always have a great feeling. I also invited my fellow families and friends to stop buy ARC Restaurant Equipment Supply whenever they need.
