These ladies went above and beyond to help my husband and I out with getting an outfit for him for a funeral. I was forty minutes from the store, so I had called multiple times to confirm sizes and options they had for sports coats. When we got there, half hour before closing time, they were so kind to help us with anything we needed. They even put the outfit together nicely instead of just throwing the dress shirt in the bag with the jeans...THANK YOU!

Horrible. I could tell they didn't want to serve me because I am a black male. I asked them for the price of a cowboy hat and they refused to tell me the price. This one guy there was staring me down. The cashier lady didn't greet me and frowned at me. Pitty. I was so excited to spend some money. I will stay and spend my money at the country store in Davie,FL Grif's Western. Eli's made me feel so uncomfortable. I just walked out because I didn't want to make a scene. The cashier lady walked away and helped someone else. It's crazy they would lose business because of someone's skin color. I have been a preschool teacher for over 5 years and black,white,purple. I treat everyone with respect and compassion. I will never walk back in there. They probably might hang me next time. I'll stick with my store Grif's Western.
