Bad hospital to be treated at especially if it’s an emergency, my mom and a grandfather that we know both had strokes and the staffing did not care to treat them right away , they knew about the condition they were in and still made them wait in the waiting room while they were going through a stroke. All they want is money don’t care for the patients no matter how serious the condition is. I could have lost my mom, and many others have experienced this too and their family members have also died because of the malpractice of this place. I wouldn’t even call it a hospital. It’s more of a death sentence. they waited to give my mom oxygen when she was not able to breathe and chose to run tests a day later , my mom survived the stroke thankfully but because of their lack of hospitality if my mom had passed it would have been on them for not acting right away knowing the serious condition she was in . Avoid this hospital at all cost

I have gone to the emergency room and have seen by a doctor whose is not approved with Blue cross but the hospital is.I received a hug bill from a Doctor that seen me for few minutes and he dose not have contract with blur cross.I was never told and now I am stuck with a bill that docent make any sense.this is not right or legal for the hospital be approved with you insurance and they accept you but the doctor is not and they don't even make a simple mention of that till you receive the bill. After 30 years of going to methodist hospital this will be my last visit there.I will go to a place that they inform you of their doctor will bill you got what ever he wants and will not be covered by your insurance.
We are currently in the hospital 2:25pm May 10th we come and visit my mother she is elderly and they have her tied down from her hands, they have brought her lunch at 11am and we get here at 2pm and food is still there no one has untied her so she can eat. We call the nurse assistance some one from front office stated they will send the nurse.And it's been 30 minutes and no one has not showed up.. Please keep your family out this hospital .. look at the other reviews.. Christy was the Nurse they called her and she told them to call her assistant it is now 2:48pm no one has showed up... sad
Nice looking hospital on the outside but absolutely terrible nursing. You could only find out about this if your family members stay in this hospital long enough.The main problem is the nursing administration attitude.They do not understand providing patient care is the top priority at any hospital. There are many other hospitals nearby and I would never recommend this hospital to anyone unless you absolutely gave no other choice.
