A great class lead by some great teachers! Miss Julie does an amazing job of making the class accessible for new beginners and provides fun and challenging options for more advanced dancers. Class is always positive and supportive, a great community vibe! I always have so much fun and I’m always so glad that I went! I highly recommend this class!! Even if you are brand new you’ll be dancing by the end of class!

I've been going to this class for 6 years. I love it! Great class for beginners and intermediate as well. I recommend this class to all my friends as a place to start dancing. The class always starts with learning the basic footwork, warming up to a couple of songs and learning a basic move or two. The lesson always progresses toward a more intermediate figure, often with variations. It is always encouraged to practice in class at the level you feel comfortable with.
Salsa at Six is a welcoming environment to learn Salsa dancing. There are students of all skill levels where everyone is accepted. Miss Julie and Justin are great teachers! A great place to socialize and meet new friends.
Salsa at Six is such a fun and friendly environment. And the teaching is fabulous. Do come to be ready to dance at 6 pm, we start with the basics every time as a great warm up. And you don't need to bring a partner, we all rotate partners. A great event to start your Friday night
Salsa At Six is a great way to learn how to move the body in a way that always brings a smile to your face. Each lesson is great for beginners and for more advanced dancers. We have been going for at least 5 years and love it.
I meet kind people every time I find the time to get to class. I'm sure going regularly would significantly improve my skills, but ... such is Life. I love that bringing a partner is not necessary and that partners are frequently rotated. It helps everyone learn how to be better leaders/followers (not gender-specific!).
I've been going to Julie's salsa classes on and off for 6 years and thoroughly enjoy the friendly atmosphere and learning environment. Julie has the most experience teaching salsa of anyone in the area. Her formal dance training and experience as a school teacher combines to make her an excellent instructor.
I love going to Salsa at Six! The teachers there are super helpful and we learn some great moves. It’s great for beginners, we go over the basics at the beginning of each class, and the teachers are really helpful and patient. It’s also great for intermediate folks - I find it a fun and easy way to incorporate regular salsa dancing into my life, without having to go out late or drink a lot. I highly recommend checking it out!
