During my tenure as Superintendent of the Gateway School District, Architectural Innovations was hired as the Architect and Construction Manager to complete a 5 million dollar elementary school renovation project. I was immediately impressed with the firm’s owner, Ms. Jan Brimmeier and her team of professionals. They proceeded with a focus on project detail, owner satisfaction, and on-going communication. I was provided with information and supporting documentation for school board meetings at the board's request, along with individual support from the Architect and the Construction Management team as needed.
