Life changing after just one session. My daughters anxiety is just about non-existent now. I wish I'd have started with this before taking my daughter to counselors and psychiatrists. No medications and she's functioning like a normal teenager. Absolutely the gold standard!

If I could give her 10 stars I would!! She helped me with a few weaknesses cigarettes being one of them! (yuck) After just one VIRTUAL session cigarettes were out the window! I can’t stand the smell now it makes me nauseous! Barbara thank you so much for helping me change my life and helping me to my much brighter and successful future! I have had nothing short of amazing success with Archways therapy. Results with Barbara are almost immediate as long as you are committed to change and the work it requires. The process of digging into yourself and your behaviors improves overall self awareness and ended up benefiting me in many more ways than the primary original intent of quitting smoking and drinking for health reasons. I can't say enough good things about Barbara's skill, intuition and bedside manner. If you need help addressing an addiction you can't go wrong with Barbara. Her methods work way better and are much healthier than the Big Pharma solution of overprescribing meds instead of working through your issues behaviorally.
