Walked into the lab at 3:28 and needed to take a drug test. Receptionist was not going to allow me to when they closed at 4:00. The receptionist said it takes time to complete the paper work. I was finally able to have urine test taken only because I said I had to go. I was finally allowed to provide a test sample. Total time inside lab was 10 mins.

Generally friendly people, but didn’t have the necessary testing equipment for what I needed. I was told to do half of what I needed there and then go elsewhere for the rest of it, which my insurance would not have covered giving me a couple hundred dollar charge. Please next time pay attention to the orders sent you and notify the patient if you’re not capable of fulfilling what the doctors order stated saving people the time and effort to come there. Update: received a call, and will up the rating a star due to the fact that they actually called to find out the problem, and address it in the future. Thank you very much for caring enough to make the call.
