I was fired/let go by HR for missing one day of training/production after being there for 2 weeks on time and I notified HR more than an hour before my shift that I wasn't feeling good. All I was told was if I don't show up, I was gonna part ways and the next day I was out of the job.

Not bad for a beginning work place, but it made me miss what I enjoyed doing most. Training was okay, but long and drawn out.

What a waste of time, as much as your company e-mailed and called me and keep reaching out to me, make me feel like the company really needed canidates! Considering how much experience, I have in the various roles requested, makes me feel like this Company is big on discriminating canidates because of their ethical standards. With that said I applaud your decision in not recruiting me for the various positions, your company has to offer! I would not want to give my hard work to a company that is discriminating their canidates or employee's because they feel better than them or more superior. As a result of this decision I completely understand that this company would rather hire candidates that is unprofessional in front of the work place with voguer languages, as hire on canidates come for interviews & also a not so caring company for their employees. Thank you again for your decision. It's definitely unfortunate that my time was allowed to be wasted due to this company hiring discriminating recruiters , that only wants a certain type of race/ ethical group to become hired, whether they actually have the experience or not. However I am a black female with more than enough experience in these various roles and I was turned down by the company for a undisclosed reason.I was also interviewed by a white man that actually showed no interest in really listening to my skills or trades I've known for many years, more so worried about getting my interview over as soon as possible in my opinion! Great place to work for, they do support for Hughes internet as their main client so far I've enjoyed my time with there and they've treated me with respect and have been fair. If you want a call center job is a good place to work without actually being in a massive corporation.
