They make great gear. Amazing gear. I went in to buy some stuff, multiple items to replace my old stuff. I had my mask on the entire time. I took it off in the corner away from everyone and handed it to my wife to take off my pull over sweatshirt to try on a jacket..because obviously it would take my mask off...the guy on the other side of the store rudely tells me to put my mask back on...the store was empty. I'm all for safety and understand why I need to have it on. But use a different tone with your customers who are dropping . This stuff is expensive, you should respect your customers more. I'll have buy online from now on or until the pandemic is over. The pandemic is no excuse to to not be polite to customers who are spending a fortune.
