William is honestly one of my favorite vendors! He is not only a pleasure to work with, but always reliable and makes sure my weddings and events are always taken care of. I would highly recommend working with William at Arctic Glacier!
Terrible customer service. If your a small store are looking to churches small bales do not come here they will treat you like you're trash. And send you away to go buy somewhere else. They're lazy and the guy did not want to write-up my paperwork because he was on his smoke break. Terrible company terrible customer service avoid this company if you can.
