Chuck and his whole team is INCREDIBLE. They've done a bunch of work for us. First they fixed a leak on the outside of our chimney, cleaned the chimney that hasn't been used in 20 years, and installed a smoke guard. Now, a few yeas later we have them install these beautiful doors on our fireplace in lightning speed and of course without sacrificing quality! They also took the time to explain how to properly clean the glass, and how we can get some of the dark stains off of our brick as well. Everyone is enjoying our warm fire during this cold winter.

First let me say that with everyone short handed and extra busy these days due to covid, just getting someone to give you a quote can be challenging. Chuck returns calls (and even answers his phone!) promptly. The installation began when it was supposed to and despite it being one of the coldest days of the year, I can honestly say that the Alliance installers treated our installation like it was being done at their home. They did not rush and they made sure we were happy with the end result. You can't ask for more than that!
