I have been with LANDMARK/SIMMONS bank for few years they have not treated me good as well, it says FDIC insured but they wont give money back if anything happen to your bank. I have had two unauthorized transactions taken out of my business account (5800). They said i would have to close the account and start new one to get money but they did not take care of that case. Charges are unpredictably high , 30-45min to finish one deposit transaction.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST bank I’ve ever used! VERY high interest loans and fees. I’ve been a member for 35 years and Landmark Bank, now Simmons Bank, keeps getting worse by the year. I will admit… There are some very nice people working inside. Shopping for a new local bank.
