Cathy also made the whole process of ordering custom blinds painless and even pleasant. Even a return went smoothly - TSS really does want their product to look perfect. Quality was great, the installers were very professional and dependable, email and text reminders were timely & helpful. Product is well built and perfect for our offices. Could have gone with less expensive alternatives, however, when considering the product, support, installation, and lifetime warranty, they are worth every penny. We expect to use this company again.
