Terrible. Kept my lamp for weeks, never open. Doesn't answer the phones. Over charged me for a little switch. Save your money!
Been a customer for 20 years. Their prices for fixture repairs have soared sky-high! I can’t afford to use them anymore. The repairs cost more than the original fixtures. Also, sometimes the repairs are not well done and i fear may present fire hazards. If I wanted a fire hazard I would have repaired it myself. Very sad to have lost what was once a reasonable and much needed resource.
Always so helpful and has parts that you can't get elsewhere
