Very convenient if you attend an event on the Arena, unfortunately it seemed that only one employee knew what he was doing and was professional. I don't expect to exit the garage and have an employee laughing at something on her phone (she was wearing the earplugs connected to the phone) and ask me to wait while she laughed. It's big so it takes time to get out.

Impossible to get out quickly after a show. There is only 1 way out. Expect to go nowhere for hours.

Good parking garage. My audi was safe. Not many safe spots around where u feel good about parking your car
