John was incredibly knowledge and thoroughly explained all of our window treatment as well as the pros and cons specifically for our home and what we were looking for. After our purchase, John was in communication with us the whole time all the way through installation. I was so lucky to find Janice and Gotcha Covered! I think the most important thing any company has to offer is customer service. Janice took care of me from day one. I was building a new house and I wanted to make sure I had my window treatments in before I moved in. She was so easy to work with and helped me create the home of my dreams. I purchased the Dual Shades by Alta (also known as zebra shades) and they completely transformed my home! She had all my shades ready to install the day after I closed on my new home. Her installer was professional as well and not only got the job done in record time but he did a A job too!
