I'm not sure what happened along the line. I ordered things twice from this place and the first time went awesome. Great communication and fast responses. The second time I ordered the wrong thing and then discussed how it would be resolved and was satisfied with the conversation. But then every time I called for the next month (must have been at least 10 times) I was told they would call me back. They never ever called me back and I struggled to figure out what I needed to buy from other locations because I had a class that I needed to buy materials for. It's November now and the class is over so I guess I'm just going to throw away the unwanted product and be done with the exchange.

Called this company today as I found them on Google when I was searching for a Print Screen Drying Cabinet. I called looking for a price. I got way more than that! I got a sweet lady named Casimira who is very friendly, conversive, and has a wealth of knowledge in the Print Screen Industry and she is not afraid to pass it along! I'm new to Print Screening and with just two simple phone conversations with her today I learned many areas where I am failing with certain processes! She offers Print Screen classes and I will be flying from California out to Texas to take them when the Plandemic is over! Thank you Casimira!!!!!!!
