We found Ariels Shoe Repair in Scottsdale, while searching for a new shoe repair business, after the one we had used for several years closed. My first impression when walking in the door-seeing them in action with other customers, was immediately positive. There was a positive "can-do" attitude, and the environment of the shop reflected a "years of service vibe". When I went to pick up my boots a week later, I was thrilled to see the result!! The boots are a caramel colored suede with some trouble spot areas for cleaning. The previous service always did a nice job, but was never able to fully restore to a "like-new" condition. I was shocked when Ariel's presented the boots to me...no kidding...they had been restored to a "like-new" condition. Truly Amazing! Both Ariel and his brother are in the store serving their customers. We are so happy to have found them!

The service is awesome. He replaced a lining on a Fendi bag, put in the zipper pocket and logos right back like they were originally. Top quality and timely service. Highly recommend.

I took two Louis Vuitton purses in for repair and I was totally amazed at how he brought the purses back to their original state. Excellent quality of work and very cost efficient. I will not take my purses anywhere else

I dropped off 2 pairs of boots to be re-soled and cleaned. One pair was a custom dressage boot and the second a low boot. Both boots were expertly repaired and cleaned. Excellent service.

Took in a beautiful pair of saddle brown chukka boots (top picture) to get some scuffs taken out and waterproofed. What I got back (bottom pic) doesn’t even look like leather anymore. They look like they were painted with a totally different shade of ugly brown. Almost look like plastic now. Very disappointed; bought a replacement set of boots the same day.
