I cannot get ahold of anyone by phone for months now and the website isnt helpibg me like it should, so I would really like to talk to a real person now because those phones literally cannot be that busy every hour of the day as that damn machine keeps telling me

Not as big as other locations, building looks better on the outside compared to the inside (where are all the tax dollars being spent?).. they do have a system in place with covid going on. However I'd actually rate higher if they had more than just 2 clerks assisting customers! Side note: no walk ins, must make appointment in advance nowadays.

They are scheduling 3 weeks out for appointments. Won't offer any services like before. I understand the covid situation but they could still offer full services, maybe only let a certain amount of people in at a time. There online services won't work for me either, now I have to go pay even more money at a 3rd party.

They need to work on customer service a bit better. At least when you call they treat you a whole lot better. The online service is good.

As I'm new to the state of Arizona I had great hope and confidence that there would less red tape and bureaucracy at government agencies. That hope has now been crushed! I never believed it possible but the deliberate attempts to make it difficult to navigate is actually worse than my home state while the employees incompetence is only surpassed by their total indifference.
