If you want great customer relations, Frank, at the south Phoenix location is your guy. I am widening my bathroom door to accommodate a wheelchair. I only needed a small piece of wood to match my existing 13 year old floors. I searched all over and Frank was the only person who attempted to help. He found a close match and gave me a sheet at no cost. I definitely would recommend Arizona Hardwood Flooring if you are looking for outstanding customer service.
After installing our own unfinished hardwood floors, we got all the finishing advice and help we needed from their knowledgeable friendly staff. They were very willing to work with us on color samples, so we would know what the finish would look like on our red oak. They helped us choose products, then patiently instructed us on how to properly apply stain, sealer, and finish. We were very happy with their customer service!
These guys installed floor in my dining room and were courteous throughout the project. Always on time and particular about cleaning up everything when the work was finished. I am planning to hire them for my kitchen as well. Completely satisfied.
