Based upon the cost, I thought I was getting a full vehicle polish and waxing. But I found that certain parts of the hood, etc were not polished and was evident based upon my feeling of the hood.

The 22 Lava Wash was good and the wipe on the interior dashboard was great, but the interiors of the door frames and sills were not wiped completely. When I asked about the dull effect of tire shine on the passenger side of the car, I was told that the Sun had dried that side. I asked that the tire shine be reapplied. It was, and the tires did not become dull again. Hmmmm. Better quality assurance!
This is where I always go to get my car washed. Do not like the fact that it is hard to get into now that there is a cement street divider....not the fault of the car wash.

I got in touch with John at Arizona Reflections for some help. My part time neighbor needed his boat detailed and told me at the last minute. John and his team had it totally detailed in 24 hours. That is unheard of during the summer months. John said it would look like new and it did. I must admit, it was looking pretty bad when we took it in.
