Doctors are very friendly and staff are incredibly kind. Very insightful and empathetic about any situation you may be coming in for. You pet is guaranteed to be well taken care of with the utmost care and love through its stay. Will highly recommend coming to this veterinarian again. 10/10

The staff here are very attentive and empathetic. They will do the best they can to treat your pets. I had to make a hard choice and put down my cat here during an emergency visit, and the staff were very sensitive and very caring throughout the entire process. I hope to not come back here again—but if I had to, at least I know that this place would give the best fighting chance.

Take your pet elsewhere !!! I had a scheduled surgery for a broken femur on my 8 week old kitten and upon drop off at 8am I received a call approximately 6 hours later stating they can no longer do the surgery. They shaved my kitten, gave her drugs and inserted a catheter just to find out they didn’t have the right size tube for her throat. They told me it’s not there fault but that the company doesn’t make a tube for her size !?!?! Proceeded to tell me “come back in 4 weeks when she’s bigger” got 3 evaluations before this vet and they all told me this surgery has to be done ASAP. Called a vet the next day and got her booked for surgery the same week and for cheaper. Undertrained and incompetent. Terrible experience all around.

They killed my dog and I'm suing for malpractice due to their negligence and unprofessional service while I was there I was disgusted. This place is a joke and should be shut down. Can I give a negative star rating for the loss of my best friend?! I wish I never went here now I have to bury my dog... Thanks ARK

The vet is better than other big animal hospitals, Sage Campbell or Adobe Animal Hospital, I went. At least I can meet with the Doctor and nurses. However, I don't know why we need pass our words through nurses. Either the miscommunication happened or the Doctor and nurses don't care the blood test result which shows big problem in Kidney. My dog died soon within one week after the first visit, and a couple of days after recheck because the Doctor did not give us anything to help his Kidney. Yes His digestion got fixed, but the Kidney was the root cause for the losing of appetite. My youth child checked internet and told me that my dog was died from Kidney failure. I then picked all symptoms and realized the problem. The dog is a great lovely adorable Shih-Tzu boy. Therefore I changed my five stars to three stars. The three stars are for their convenient hours, and the prior work that Dr Chahal performed for my another dog Bichon-Frise. She got a put-down suggestion from Adobe Animal Hospital Los Altos, Dr. Chahal saved her by locating the root cause, performing a good surgery to remove a throat tumor (please check my Yelp review) in late night. I picked her around 11pm. She is well after that surgery. Regarding other hospitals, each of Adobe Animal Hospital, Sage, and Pacific Santa Cruz requires us to stay in car during Covid-19 that could cause mis-communication hard to communicate \u003e wrong dose wrong medicine wrong treatments \u003e sleepless nights \u003e high bills cost the life of each of my dogs.

This place is a scam Please please don’t bring your pet there if you are looking for pets hospital. The doctors there are not qualified enough to treat your pet. and they showed a lot of indifference towards my cat while it was very sick. they see it as a normal and they only bring the vitamin for treatment, while the price of those vitamins is 2 times higher than the outside.

Dr. Chahal is the best! We started going to him when he first started practicing and he is as enthusiastic and empathetic today as he was back then. It’s great piece of mind to know your fur babies are in great hands.
