DO NOT CALL JOHN!!!! John put a residential unit in my mobile home. The motor burned out in less than 4 years. Warrenty would cover the motor but now I have to pay another tech to come out and fix it!!!!! Don't waste your money with the \lowest bid\. Save yourself the stress and find a reliable company!!!!!
