It's a good distance to walk... but I wish two things...1. It was paved better... it's crumbling in most places and hard to walk on...2. They planted poplar trees which grow fast provide shade and would add to the appearance of the park... otherwise plenty to do and a nice place to walk... NEW FOR KIDS... THEY'VE (ARK CITY LIBRARY)ADDED A STORY WALK!!!

More benches would be nice. After all there are a lot of senior citizen and people with disabilities that need rest areas to make the one mile loop. Permanent bathrooms would be nice.

Nice, portapottie door doesnt lock so take a friend. Is any one supposed to be able to read the fine print on the green signs on the walking trail while walking?

This walking trail is located right off the bypass. There are pros and cons to this walking trail. Pros: The path exists. We can always use more places to walk and run. It's never crowded here. It's open enough to be aware of your surroundings at all times. There is plenty of parking. There is a port-a-pot, but it is pretty old and gross looking. Sometimes you can see some interesting birds here. It has been expanded to a full mile and resurfaced!!! Cons: People tend to litter and not clean up after their dogs here. There are no mature trees so if there's wind, it's very windy and if it's hot, it's very hot. It's right by the city burn pit, so on burn days it's too smoky to run here.
