Was charged 40 for overnight parking despite the fact there was absolutely no signage to indicate the charge. The sign at the entrance said 12 flare rate daily. When I told the cashier there should be a sign to indicate the 40 overnight, he said “Yeah, we should put up a sign” Even their website lacks any indicator of such a charge. Absolute BS charge, will be disputing with my CC issuer.

Day parking is fine, 7 for early bird. But absolutely stay away from their online monthly enrollment. It is a complete sham as you get charged and then sent on a wild goose chase for the permit they were supposed to mail. Had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company to resolve the issue.

When the ticket-taker is there, she's rude. When she's not there, the payment machine over-charges me. Totally a lose-lose situation. Calling Impark Customer Service is a waste of time because no one ever answers. If I could rate this lot \zero stars\ I would.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional cashier! I am going to school and validating my parcking ticket everyday. Today tho was charged normal price because I wasn’t early bird as she said. When I told her I am going to school and validate the card she said she doesn’t care and that’s my problem. Oh well let’s see what is the management will say about that! The worst parcking ever.
