Bad customer service. They are not in compliance with ADA. They made 75 years old women go to lobby to get her food. They won’t let food delivery come up. Also, once they made quest stay outside in cold till me go down and get her. You can hear everything from your Neighbor. Do yourself a favour don’t move here.
