This facility provides a clean, safe, and professional environment for all to train! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and honestly it has been a great experience for me. The instructors of each class are very informative and really care about your development. Once you come and do the free trial, you will definitely want to join!! You won’t regret it.

Just finished my 3rd class and Frank is super friendly and motivating! Getting a great work out every session and is well worth it.
Great place to train all the coaches have competed at the highest level and have athletes competing at the highest levels such as ufc bellator acb etc. Classes all day long !! The coaches actually coach for a living as a full time job most gyms dont have this.. If you want to get ready for a fight or just looking for a hobby they have a class for you!!
My best friend was completely lied to, she was told she could sign up month-to-month and cancel before the end of the first month if she didn’t like it...only to do exactly that and not get ANY response in confirmation despite her best efforts of multiple emails and phone calls. Now they keep charging her for every month (even during the COVID lockdown). Please don’t give this company your money.
This place is great!!! Kid friendly, parents are welcomed to stay. You can get one session free to try it out. Frank has a great attitude and he is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone; kids and adults. Gear is not too expensive. Membership is fairly inexpensive and for the same price you can try all available martial arts and boxing. Great place for kids to develop social skills. Well equipped and all instructors are great.
