Although I've never had photos repaired, scanned and printed until recently, I can't imagine there's a service in the DMV that does it quicker or more professionally than Advanced photo. From the first inquiry email to the store sending me my photos via mail, each step of the process was seamless. The prices are fair and they do fantastic work. If you live in DC or Maryland it's worth the trip out there!

Based on the excellent reviews I read about George of Advanced Photo, I chose him to digitized about 1500 old slides, some dating back to 1950 (which were badly degraded color-wise). I am so very pleased with the work that he did. His customer service skills are top notch, his responses are timely, and more importantly, his work quality is phenomenal. We are extremely happy and highly recommend him!
We took Canada passport photos here and representative was very friendly. After he heard from us that our photos were rejected 3 times when we took them at different vendors, he also gave us discount on original price. I would highly recommend this place and staff
George is a top quality photo finisher with years of experience working with some really terrific professional photographers. I've know him for years all the way from the store in Falls Church when he was running huge wet-process machines and processing my bags of wedding film. If you want your photos to look right - color, density and clarity send them to him. I don't bother with desktop printing when I have George solving the technical difficulties of that part of my business. It doesn't make economic sense. I love the new location especially when KH Art also do such beautiful work and make framing so easy. They have great taste and really can make it painless. My house is full of framed art from them and although framing can be expensive I only go here. Even a 50% coupon, the grumpy staff elsewhere and not being able to reach out and grab another sample edge.. just go here. You can really play and their advice is from years experience.
