It is easy to make an appointment. Dr. Raley is superb. He listens and makes suggestions on how best to care for my spinal issue. He is brilliant. He thinks out of the box and is compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Raley.

Hat’s off to Dr. Brian Lee and staff at the Arlington office. Despite the fact that he had at least 30 patients scheduled yesterday, he welcomed the patients from the Fairfax office, which had to close unexpectedly. Wow, team work really does make the dream work! Congratulations on a job well done

I became a patient of Dr. Raley's after the unfortunate failures of two prior back surgeries following an on-the-job injury, which were performed by another physician. Dr. Raley was tasked with cleaning up someone else's mess. At my first appointment, I had been bed bound for 2 years, being managed with large doses of opioids and benzodiazapines; being told by the first surgeon that it was unlikely that I would get any better but he would ensure that I was kept as comfortable as he could make me It was suggested by legal council, case managers, physical therapists, etc. that I retire and collect disability. I was 34 years old. I told Dr. Raley that I wanted to return to the workforce and have a quality of life, and that retirement/disability was the absolute last resort. He didn't make promises but agreed to help me. That was 8 years ago. Thanks to his dedication to my overall wellness, I have re-entered the workforce. I have completed both an undergrad and graduate program. I still have chronic pain due to nerve damage from the initial surgeries, but I knew that I would never be pain-free. Dr. Raley gave me other options, besides pharmaceutical options. I had a spinal stimulator placed and that gave me a quality of life that others tried to convince me was impossible. I am very thankful for Dr. Raley's gift of healing and commitment to creating a plan of restoration to my physical and mental well-being. He gave me my life back.
