Best Bangladeshi restaurant in Northern Virginia. We are completely satisfied.
We did a recent catering from this place for about 50 people. The price was way above the quality. The people are nice and friendly inside, however the food tasted very bland. The chicken roast was not cooked all the way through, tasted like chewy rubber. The kabobs felt like 80% lentil and 20% meat and was pretty tasteless. The serving size for per person rice was max 1-1/2 cup which is ridiculous and embarrassing when our guest found out how small amount of rice was given. We are told that the vegetable will be Chinese style however it was as bland as the other items. The beef curry tasted chunk rubber of meat boiled in raw cumin with too loose gravy. The sweet is the only thing that tasted OK. If you are planning to order from this place for catering then be aware of the embarrassment you may face due to low amount of serving that tastes nothing like what's advertised.
Watch out with their portion and quality of the food before you walk out of the restaurant. Recently I bought something called Chotpoti in a 4 Oz plastic container and half was empty which I noticed after coming home. Now I know why some of the customer like to fill it up by themselves.

This experience was very disappointing. After placing an order online and while driving to the restaurant, we were called and told they did not have any bread products. Upon arriving at restaurant, no employees were wearing masks. We were told the order would be ready in 3 minted; turned out to be 10. I ordered eggplant but got okra. The rice was slightly uncooked. The tikka was just ok.
I picked up food from Aladdin just a few nights ago. The food was ok. Not bad, and definitely skewed spicy. The appearance was somewhat dirty on the inside as I was picking up my food. Also, I was told the food would be ready in 15 minutes from my order. I got there 20 minutes after my order, and still had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. However, the reason for the 1-star review was due to the terrible mask compliance in the restaurant. When I came in, there were three men sitting around a table without masks (one of whom, at one point while I was waiting wandered behind the counter). The person taking my order had a mask around his ears but under his chin so his mouth and nose were uncovered. This is a place serving food. I felt terribly uncomfortable there and will not go back. I support local businesses, but I can't support one that doesn't care enough to support the most basic actions to safeguard our community.
We went to eat yesterday the young guy was at the front very nice and kind but the lobby was kinda dirty and there was some people shouting about politics and stuff. I took my friends there to eat and talk but we couldn’t cause it was too noisy. The food was good except the vegetable and their tehari is the worst food I’ve ever ate. Once I brought it for my girlfriend and one time I took one of my friend but we couldn’t eat cause they use too much mustered oil like I had 3 days stomach pain. They gotta stop using that much mustered oil.
