Imagine waiting over half an hour just to speak to someone to schedule an appointment only to be told it won’t be til at least 2 weeks out. Appointments are telephonic so unless these doctors are psychic I don’t know who they would be able to properly diagnose my condition. Most of my experience here has been receiving medication and not actual treatment.

Nice staff and you don't have to wait long. Everything is very well organized, from check-in at the clinic, to the pharmacy and the lab. Did not feel the peek of the needle. Very clean environment and felt the doctors listened to my concerns and promptly got me my referral to a specialist.

Extremely long wait at the drive thru pharmacy. I'd rather pay for the prescriptions and have the convenience of a neighborhood pharmacy. Such a waste of time on a work day. Over 1 hour.

One of the worst clinics I’ve had to deal with. I have to come in for Alopecia treatment I’ve been trying to reschedule a new appointment for about a month now. They never answer their phone in dermatology, I don’t know who’s working there but clearly they’re not doing their job. It’s very frustrating when you’re losing all your hair and you’re trying to get the treatment but even the clinic that you’re supposed to go to doesn’t bother enough to reach back to you. On top of that they scheduled an appointment without my knowledge. i woke up and realized i had a voicemail for an appointment at 9:20. this clinic is 40 minutes away from me. i’ve been trying to call because i was going to be eight minutes late, but i kept being sent to voicemail.
