Terrible customer service experience. I ordered shirts for my business and was extremely disappointed in the product. We were not given any size / graphic / design specifications. Was also not sent a proof or warned that they were not capable of sizing the graphic to fit the shirt. Unbelievably, they actually delivered the product to me and expected me to be able to pass them on to my customers. I have given them every opportunity to make it right and have been as kind and accommodating as I can be. At this point, I can confidently say - this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced - B2B and as a customer. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I've never ever had an issue with a vendor on anything I have EVER ordered or purchased. I've been in business for 9 years. The work you did on the shirts was was not acceptable. You stalled for a week on the replacements and wanted me to return the shirts that I paid for BEFORE you would replace them. That's crazy! I also paid in FULL before purchasing or seeing the shirts - trusting that you would do a good job. Your wife is extremely kind and was making an effort to resolve this. It's apparent that you were unwilling to do the right thing.
I ordered around 150 custom t-shirts from them for a company picnic and I was over impressed with their service. They delivered the t-shirts on time. Jonathan was helpful as always. I did check a few other companies but they beat the price for each and every one of them. I can bet that they are the best custom t-shirt designers and suppliers not only in Texas but also in the US.
