Called to ask about a part and she say hold on while I switch you to our parts department. Then hangs up. I call back. They hand up on 2nd call. Third call they pickup and just don't say a word.

Although this time my GE 18 year old fridge is beyond repair. I'd like to thank everyone I talked to. Everyone has been professional and the technician who went out clearly explained that it won't be worth repairing it. That the repair will be the same price as a new one. I paid for the diagnosis, which was fine. If ever I would be needing repair, I'll call this very same company- Arlington GE Appliance Repair. Thank you again everyone.

Poor customer service. Unreliable. Do not recommend. Technician was no-show twice before coming to fix my refrigerator; didn't even call to explain or apologize. Then, when repair didn't work, was a no-show again. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Getting a technician to my house in the first place was a disaster, but then he showed up, didn't fix my dryer and charged me 300. Now trying to get a refund from them for shoddy work that didn't fix the issue has turned into a nightmare. They tell me they can't give me my money back \because they simply don't have it.\ What?!? how has this \business\ not been shut down??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now forced to contact a consumer reporter at 7 On Your Side to try and get my money back.

Horrible experience. Trying to actually get someone to my house was it’s own problem, but when they showed up and DID NOT fix the issue, yet charged me 300, they don’t seem to understand why I am due a refund. After multiple calls to multiple people who don’t seem to even know how to look up my account, I am clearly going to have to contact a consumer news reporter to try and help me get my money back.
