After coming to the library twice within a two week span, I was asked to leave the institution on both occasions and sit outside in my automobile in 60 degree weather and complete my coursework. Public Service Coordinator Diane Cardilaria refused to offer me any other alternative except leaving the establishment after informing her that I lacked a workable space and this was the only option available. She lacked skills to assist me, as I recently relocated to Texas.Her approach and mannerism contradicted the libraries mission statement and vision of inclusiveness and friendliness. Amidst the pandemic they aren’t sanitizing the desktop materials after each usage which is negligent to peoples safety. With this report I hope a change in customer service will be made

I've never been inside, but it'd be great if the area near the recycle dumpster was better lit. It's quite dark on that side at night when I come to drop off my recyclables. Two of the lights are out and have been out of service for a while.
