I have been a Arlington RV and Welding customer for nearly 20 years and remiss for not writing a review earlier. Their entire staff is as knowledgeable as they can be and committed to quality customer service. Their small store is well stocked with a huge variety of parts and if they don't stock it, they special order parts often with next day delivery. Very recently, I experienced a structural issue with my RV water tank and Gregg diagnosed the problem with a brief inspection and confidently recommended and scheduled a fix. These folks know what they are doing and if you have an RV repair need, I highly recommend their services. This business is truly an asset to our community.

I had a good experience with getting the part needed. I was concerned with the lack of concern for me as a customer. None of the employees were wearing a mask. The sign on their door stated that per the government's order all who entered must wear a mask. It would have been good to know that the business did not afford their customers the same courtesy. Once your in the door with your mask on it was apparent that they would not afford you the same. The disease will continue to ruin lives and business until we are all on the same page.

I've had a poor experience here before years ago but figured I would try again. I needed a remote control for my dump trailer as well as a new plug. I was quoted a price for the plug but the remote they said they were not sure how much it would cost. She was supposed to call me back. No one called me back, so I called back the next day. She said she had made the order and it would be in Friday (it was Tuesday now) and thought the control would be around 50. By Friday pm I still hadn't gotten a call, so I called there again. They had neither part. I was told it *might* arrive Monday (mind you I NEEDED both parts asap) I asked if they couldn't call and find out. I was told some story about it being a split order. On Monday I never heard from Arlington RV and I decided to order from Amazon instead and had both parts 2 days later. I NEVER heard back from Arlington RV., its been more than a month. Disappointing as I would much rather buy local, but I will never go there again.
