My first experience with Dr. Maddie was excellent! First, the office COVID precautions were very thorough. The hearing test was explained in detail and Dr. Maddie made sure I understood what she was looking for and why the different parts of the test were important. I had the opportunity to sample the type of hearing aid she thought would best suit my hearing challenges. She answered all my questions about different choices in hearing aids, as well as discussing the financial concerns I had. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Maddie to improve my hearing.
