Well done and customer service was wonderful. Not a 5 because I did notice they missed the back window and you still have to drive it through an automated wash. I want the hand wash to come back. I will return as they did a good job but I did have to pay a premium to get it

This automatic car wash did NOT bend my front license plate! Yay. It also does a pretty good job of cleaning my car. The employees who shine up my tires are always quick, friendly, and tip worthy.
Definitely one of the slower carwashes in Arlington. Also let it be know that most of the people who come here must have never been to a carwash before since they look to struggle like heck operating the kiosk where you pay. This alone adds a bit to the wait time. The \prep\ lack of a better word, takes way entirely too long. Takes the guy who tapes the back wiper and gas doors more time than the wash itself takes. All the cars then exit dripping wet as if the air dryers did nothing. After youd usually exit to the vacuums if they decided to turn them on for the day. Lastly most of the washes include a towle dry, dont get you hopes for this. They probably wont dry off your car if its any busier than dead.
I pulled into vacuum out the acorns from my truck bed an employee stated you have to get a car wash first I explained I want to vacuum the small acorns out so they don’t blow out and hit my paint job during the wash. I asked to speak to the manager.the manager told me no they would not allow me to vacuum my truck bed first. The manager turn the vacuum cleaner off and then told me I was welcome to go somewhere else. Customer service at this location is dead please beware. I told him he’s lost a customer for life
Planning a trip to Denver decided to get my car detailed before leaving. So I got there at 3:00 p.m. I was told they were done detailing for the day. Okay fine they close at 6:00. I figured not enough time. Decided I would just do it when I got back. A week later I ride back from Denver. Got up early and got there at 8:45 a.m.. was told they would not do detailing till after 10:00. It says their business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. If the detailing is different hours from the regular hours they should let the customers know in advance so that I don't drive halfway across town to be told they're not doing them right now. Really bad experience. Ended up taking my car to a car Wash detail in North Richland hills.
