Just picked up amp number four from being repaired at Bigfoot Music. I need my amps to be road ready. They have to be dependable. They have a quick, competent tube repair guy with an ear for tone. Trustworthy.

If you're on Google looking for a music store, here's what you should know in terms of the guitar side of things at Bigfoot. I have sold used guitar equipment to them and received very fair prices for all of the items. I came to Bigfoot for help when coworkers and I were trying to donate guitars and accessories to the Cocoon House's music program, and they gave me a GREAT deal on a TON of accessories for the program. But, that's just the beginning. Ryan has worked on my Telecaster, Martin HD-28, and Collings OM2 for setups and repairs. Those guitars are my babies and I wouldn't trust just anyone to work on them. However, Ryan is a perfectionist and won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction. A friend of mine, a very experienced musician, went to Bigfoot for a vintage Fender amp repair since I'm always bragging about them on Facebook, and he had just been ripped off by his normal amp repair guy. When he got the amp back from Bigfoot, he said he will not go anywhere else for future amp repairs. I'm always greeted by friendly staff members when I come inside. They clearly pride themselves on fantastic customer service. On multiple occasions they have charged me much less than what they could have, just because that's the kind of people they are. Keep in mind, I'm only talking about the guitar side of the house. They have a lot more than just guitars and amps. Ok, now stop reading this long-winded review and go check them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Just bought a Line 6 James Tyler Variax (JTV-89F) from them. Very happy! I hate haggling and negotiating like I’m dealing with a used car salesman. These guys made it painless! They gave me a great price and shipped it promptly in what looked almost like factory new packaging. The instrument is immaculate; even better than what I expected. I think they were being modest in their description. They rated it excellent; it’s freaking MINT! Just a great experience overall. I highly recommend them! Two thumbs up! Tim - Dallas. Texas
