I like this CareNow. Everyone is so nice and polite. Everyone is very knowledgeable about anything you need to know about paperwork or appointments. Every time I came to CareNow on Cooper st. I always see a smile. Are they overwhelmed with the pandemic ? Yes, but you would never know by their faces. Web check in is awesome. That takes care of the long wait most of the time. That's the only thing I could complain about is the waiting other then that. This is going to be my go to CareNow. Doctor's and Staff you all Rock. You are on your way to 5 Stars for me.

Even though the wait time was extremely long, it was great service. Front desk staff as well as nurse and Dr. Harwood/Haywood was great. Very clean facility. Large restroom, beverage station. TV and magazines were available for entertainment.

I would actually give them zero stars, but I have to have at least one star to write this review. They don't deserve any stars, I've been here for two hours already waiting in the room while they said for me to wait for my doctor for my daughter to get her physical, and they're just standing in the hallway laughing and chatting. We made the appointment ahead of time. We're also the last ones here, even after people that got here after us

The care they gave here was awesome. My son and I were treated great. The wait was reasonable with a pandemic going on right now. The staff were awesome, the MA Judith took great care of us, she was so knowledgeable and Dr. Hayward was awesome with me and my son! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The staff were patient and helpful with any question I had. It never felt like I was a bother to them even though we know they’re busy. Various payment and billing options. About as pleasant an experience as you could expect. Clean, quiet, informative.
