I had a great experience with the services offered by Carpet One. The Installation was flawed a bit at first as I couldn't bring it to their notice as I was away from work. However upon bringing it to the owner's notice Mr. Larry took care of it right away and rescheduled the installation to be corrected. He coordinated the second installation as per my convenience time and was very prompt, humble and courteous and finished the order upto our expectation and I'm very satisfied with the experience.
We had an excellent experience with this location of Carpet One. We had specific requirements and a tight timeline, and Randy made the process a breeze. He also called after the instillation to make sure we were happy with everything. The installers were very quick and did an excellent job. The carpet looks great and we are very happy! Thanks!
Carpet One installed new wood flooring and carpet in our house yesterday. Tom Hall helped us choose the carpet and wood by coming to our house with samples. He did an excellent job in helping us and the cost was very reasonable. His crew was led by Jose Acunna and Felipe Barrara. They exceeded all expectations and their customer service was over the top -- moving the furniture to remove the old flooring and after the new flooring was installed they moved all furniture back to their original space They did an outstanding job professionally and expertly. We are really pleased and recommend Carpet One
