This is the second surgery Dr Carter did for me. The first one he took excellent care of me. 10 years later this 2nd surpassed his first surgery with me. He took extra excellent care of me. The older the better he gets. I so appreciate this doctor so much! No words can describe him taking the time to treat me with such professional care.

Dr. Carter is a wonderful doctor. I am a recent patient, but highly recommend him. He explains in words I can understand and I don't feel rushed at my appointments. He is on time for my appointments, and I haven't had to wait at all.
Dr. Jeffery Carter failed to diagnose my daughter after a major motorcycle accident....He talked down to her because she couldn’t walk but NEVER did a physical examine... He talked as if she were faking her issues...My daughter had to have hip surgery shortly after by a competent doctor in Dallas...Due to the severity of her injuries, she’ll have a second surgery soon...”Failure to provide proper care, better yet, NO care”....I’d give him a 0 if I could....
