This store is a very nice one. It has amazing employees, great service, and great prices. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for boots, clothes, or other western/ cowboy attire.

Great selection of boots! The Boot Bar is really cool of you want to do anything fancy with your hat. Very helpful and welcoming staff!! Limited selection of purses... but that’s not what I came here for :)

Selection was great! Customer service not so much. The minute we get into the store, all eyes were on us. Associates didn’t have masks and were outwardly saying “masks suck” and things to that nature. When going to pay, we asked in English and one of the the associates stereotyped us and spoke to us in broken Spanish. That wasn’t appreciated. English is our first language.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service is not portrayed in this store. Not only did I not receive any help, employees would look at me and walk away. Management did not support nor help, instead sent their Hispanic employee to \deal with us\. Poor customer service and racial profiled, the store is great but leadership is not displayed. This was a store I enjoyed shopping, very disappointed on how I was treated.
