I've been coming to this location for a few years now and they never disappoint!! They really helped me out in 2020 when I brought my vehicle in for a tune up that I had previously had done at Midas....Worst decision I ever made was taking it to Midas thinking I would get out paying less. Went to Classic Buick GMC of Arlington and not only would it have been cheaper taking it to them, they specialize in my vehicle make. They not only fixed the problems Midas caused and gave me a correct tune up I still paid less!! The staff is always very professional but personable as well. I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else but Classic Buick GMC of Arlington.

Classic Buick in Arlington is a dealer I am loyal to. One reason is their salesperson Wayne. He sold me my 2012 Buick LaCrosse and I loved that car. He was very helpful during that purchase. I was disappointed that the Lacrosse model was discontinued and had been waiting to see what else would be available. I started looking around and found the 2021 Buick Envision. There was question as to where and who I’d buy it from. I wanted a sunroof but buying from them was more important to me, so I opted to go without and pick from their available inventory. Since owning my first Buick, their sales and service staff has been extremely helpful and courteous to me. They’ve helped me maintain my 2012 Buick to keep it running perfectly for the past 8.5 years. Finance Director Bryan added another valuable layer to the process and my husband and I really felt our business was appreciated. I’m excited to get to drive my new car.

This was by far the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. After a not-so-pleasant experience at another place, I contacted Classic about a truck they had on the lot. Their communication was excellent, they were thorough and courteous, and even did the entire deal over email and text. The even delivered my beautiful new Pacific Blue truck to my house and I signed the paperwork on my kitchen table. This is how the buying experience should be. No pressure, easy to deal with. Rob, my service advisor was extremely diligent, cordial, and was able to explain the future maintenance that my vehicle needed without being forceful. Will definitely go back. The price was reasonable for an oil change. I took my vehicle early in the morning and was out in less than an hour. Excellent service.
