Jessica Doan and the Completely Coordinated team are nothing short of superstars. For over a month before the wedding, they acted as liaison between us and all of our vendors, making sure to get all of the necessary information and requirements between us and them. They pointed out potential pain points we didn't even think to notice and gave useful tips that made our day extra special. During rehearsal, they managed to patiently and successfully herd a bunch of cats (aka our family) into a semblence of order. During the day itself, the three-person team somehow managed to be omnipresent on a 300 acre estate, keeping us and our families taken care of. They also kept our minds at ease while noticing everything the venue missed and fixing it before we got a chance to worry. After the wedding, they went above and beyond to help us sort out contractual issues and have been patient, pleasant, and proactive the entire time. Everyone at our wedding commented on how impressive the Completely Coordinated team was. Hiring them was the best decision we made for our wedding.

My husband and I started planning our wedding immediately after we got engaged, but when we started to hit some bumps in the road, I knew we couldn't do this alone. I met Jess and Katie at the George Mason Wedding Show but didn't realize how badly we needed a coordinator until about 6 months later. First and foremost, Jess was ON IT. She didn't miss a beat. When we started to hit some roadblocks, she was always ready with a Plan B. She was literally a lifesaver during our planning process. She was flexible around all of changes and was able to remind us what this was all about. The day of, Jess, Cassandra, and Sarah hustled ALL DAY LONG. They arrived early, set up the space, put out our decorations, worked effortlessly with all of our vendors and our guests, AND reminded us to have fun, drink water, and EAT! Seriously, Jess brought me wine and food. I cannot recommend Completely Coordinated enough. They were professional, fun, flexible, knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond for all of us.
