Horrible experience! Although Dr. Nene was recommended to me by my son's pediatrician I was very disappointed with the practice. All Dr. Nene cares about is money and overbilling his patients, he does not care about their well being. Their billing department is an absolute mess. They are sending me bills for services I have already paid. I even had my insurance company call them because of billing issues. When the agent from Aetna called them they never returned her calls.

With the new online appointments due to COVID, they send you a link for the call when you schedule. However, if you are late to the video appointment they do not give you a phone call or anything to check in. Would figure a courtesy call is not too much to ask since they will charge you a fee for missing.

I’ve been receiving mental health care for the last 6 years. I’ve been a patient at this office for just over a year. I receive the best care I’ve ever had from this office. I feel listened to, validated, and understood. I NEVER get the feeling of being looked down upon for having a mental health condition like I have been in the past at other places. They listen to my feedback on medications and I am FINALLY on the right medications to manage my symptoms. I receive Telehealth services which is even better. I don’t have to drive in a high traffic area to get quality care.

I had a new patient emergency appointment set up and ready to go. I arrived on time and sat for thirty minutes before the doc finally showed and asked to reschedule because she had an appointment in 30 minutes. Unbelievable and unprofessional.

This practice denied me service because I arrived 1 minute past my appointment cut off time. First of all their building is impossible to find, secondly the lobby did not have a building directory, thirdly when I finally found the office the sign next to the door did not even have the correct name, it instead had some African sounding doctors name on it. I was only able to figure out in was in the right place because I looked through the door's glass window. I thought the receptionist was kidding when she said I was late. My phone showed 1 minute past their cut off time. This looks like a fly by night operation. I am happy to look for therapy elsewhere.
