I couldn't be more appreciative for the guys at Computer Care. I had work to get accomplished and couldn't be without my laptop for very long, so the quick service was very much needed. They saved me from having to replace the entire laptop after dropping it face down on my fireplace. Pictures are of the new screen. Thanks Chase, I appreciate the hard work! You sure saved the day!
Excellent service. Very professional. Everything was well explained to me. Mr. Gober was able to answer every question I had and I asked quite a few. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend all of my friends and family to them!
Took a son's laptop in for repair as it was having multiple issues. Friendly and professional workers. Explained exactly what was needed and came in at the price quoted and agreed on. Accepted the computer at once, decent price to fix it, relatively quick turn around and well performed fixes. Would have been a 5 star if they had not forgotten to return the power cord when we picked up the laptop and son had to go back again for the power cord the next day because it was closed when went back. Inconvenient, but would highly recommend due to the excellent customer service otherwise. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for when it comes to computer care and they definitely delivered on the service has had no problems with the laptop in the year since it was repaired. Just be sure you get back everything you drop off before you leave!
Computer Care and customer care is what Chase epitomizes. We have had our computer and iPad serviced by Chase and could not have been more pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and patience. Chase kept us informed about the progress of our repairs and finished the service in a timely manner. Once we had our computers home Chase patiently walked us “old “ folks through various procedures to recover data or precious photos encouraging us to call him anytime we needed help. We highly recommend Computer Care and Chase for quality service at an affordable price.
