Great people! Rachel took great care of me and made sure she knew what I expected and what to expect. My rugs looked so beautiful when I received them. I had forgotten how good they could look. They were able to remove stains that I had tried to get out for years. Never will I wait so long to have my rugs professionally cleaned again.

I will say that the young woman answering the phone and doing the scheduling was great. She stayed in touch with me and let me know exactly where things stood. A to her. The person doing the service was mediocre to say the least. He was early which was unexpected but seemed to have a chip on his shoulders when he saw we had furniture in one room. We were physically moving things out when he got there and instead of being understanding that we were doing it as quickly as we could he told us he would just have to come back later if he had time. What?? Um no, we know everyone was busy and we already had one room emptied and ready to go. I told him to start there and we would have the other done in 10-15 mins. He didnt believe we could do it and hesitantly stayed. Well we got it done and there was no need for attitude but could have shown some understanding of the situation. While the person on the phone was great, he left me with a bad experience and I doubt I would use them again. Sorry
They do a great job. Arrive on time, very professional and efficient. Highly recommend . I have used them before and will be my “go to” carpet cleaner folks ... RC
I got an appointment within hours of my inquiry and the job done was great. The tech spent time to make sure all of the carpeting looked great. I will surely use them again.
Second time we’ve used Cosmopolitan. Jacques was our technician and would recommend him to anyone! He was thorough, explained what he was doing and did a Great Job!
