They charged me for a night I did not stay at their apartment and would not return an item of clothing I accidentally left at the apartment. Terrible customer service. Would have been better off staying at a hotel than at their overpriced apartment. Would never recommend them.

Crystal Quarters Concord is an amazing facility. I'm a business traveler and prefer an apartment type setting rather than a hotel. The Concord facility is immaculately clean, the apartment is comfortable and very up to date with furnishings. The service provided by Crystal Quarters is the best by far. Michael Noriega (the Guest Services Manager) and his staff are very congenial and professional. I would encourage business travelers that want a more \homey\ stay when traveling to look into staying with Crystal Quarters Concord. Great facility and wonderful service!!!!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Concord! Management at Crystal quarters made my stay easy, and always made sure that I had all of the information I needed. I could contact them with any question or service and it was handled within 24 hrs. The Housekeeping staff was awesome. Ms. Edith is a favorite! If you are planning to stay in the Crystal City area for travel, or for an extended stay I would recommend you stay here. It was a great experience and they ensure quality service!

This was my third stay at the Concord over the past handful of years, and I can say that consistency is what I recognize. Rooms are always immaculately clean, staff are always available, helpful and friendly, and the accommodations/facilities are top-notch. I thoroughly enjoy each stay, and that is due in no small part to the attention paid to every detail. When you stay with Crystal Quarters, you will have everything at your disposal and nothing to worry about.
