For a 22.8-mile delivery from the Coppell, TX to a northern suburb of Dallas. It went to Kentucky, spent 2 days in Kentucky before going to Ohio. A whole week later it was passed off to USPS out of what I can only assume is sheer incompetence. 11-days after leaving a facility very close to the point of delivery, DHL has put an SEP on my shipment rather than getting my order to me in anything close to an efficient, or even reasonable manner. They basically served as a superfluous middle-man to make my delivery experience less pleasant. They are the business equivalent of giving a toddler a piece of paper to throw in the trash, only to have to retrieve said paper from the other side of the house to perform the originally-intended task later.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was hung up on twice when all I wanted to do was contact them because I was notified they needed more information for my delivery. Pathetic.
I went to this place and it was fantastic and great service they helped e with everything and i got my package out in 2 days internationally. GREAT
If I could give it negative stars I would. Avoid at all costs and don’t give them your business. I went to drop off a package and forgot one of the three slips it required. When I asked if I could print it out the lady rudely and clearly annoyed by me asking a question, said they have computers. When I was starting to approach the computer she said it costs 3 to use and additional cost to print. I get printing costs but usages costs?! I then asked if I could email it to her and she blatantly lied and said she didn’t have an email and I must pay. Rude and incredibly cheap.
