These details are on the Firestone on South Cooper near Green Oaks. Our reception was warm and our complaints addressed completely. Social distancing was being practiced effectively. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The completion time we were quoted was accurate. All complaints were resolved as agreed. The staff was cordial and easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend this shop for value and great customer service.
This firestone is one of the CLEANEST car places i’ve ever been into. the only car place that smells clean and not like dirt and oil. All the employees were very nice and the manager Jason was very respectful and professional. I appreciate business places like this, especially right now!
The staff was very no e bit getting into my car and seeing grease stains on my door and feeling the funk on my shifter and steering wheel and is kind of yucky.
